The WS Sequel Funds (Sequel Funds) are an Open-ended Investment Company (OEIC). Prior to 04.10.13 the Sequel Funds were an Authorised Unit Trust (AUT) known as the SA Sequel Target Return Strategy Funds (SA Sequel Funds). The Authorised Fund Manager of the SA Sequel Funds was SMARTfund Administration Ltd.
The Authorised Corporate Director (ACD) of the WS Sequel Funds is DMS Investment Management Services (UK) Limited which is registered in England at 2nd floor, 20-22 Bedford Row, Holborn, London, WC1R 4EB and is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under ref. 429093.
The appointed investment manager of the Sequel Funds is Momentum Global Investment Management (MGIM). MGIM is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and is registered in England No. 4325961 with the registered office at Tenth Floor, Horton House, Exchange Flags, Liverpool, L2 3YL.
Sequel Investments Limited is owned by Foster Denovo Group Ltd, the parent company of Foster Denovo Limited. Sequel Investments will retain the commercial profit deriving from the operation of the Funds after any charges. This is not an additional cost to investors in the Sequel Funds but is paid for out of the Fund charges.
This website has been issued and approved for the purposes of section 21 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 by Foster Denovo Limited, Ruxley House, 2 Hamm Moor Lane, Addlestone, Surrey KT15 2SA which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
